Here at Evil Twin Motorcycles we do just about any kind of fabrication and service you can ask for. We have a complete machine shop and can bore and hone your cylinders right here on premises. On our lathe we can fabricate any stainless steel spacer or any part for your motorcycle that you ask for. We can glass bead just about any part...texture paint them, then bake, for a finish that is truly beautiful. We have built "One of a kind Bikes" ground up and so far no job is to small. Need just after market part...We can get them and install them. Need just a service...We do it. Our services are as required by your manual. We follow all requirements that are needed to keep your motorcycle in top running order. You can choose from Amsoil, Harley Davidson fluids, or after market fluids. We carry stock oil filters or K & N oil filters. We also stock Dunlop, Metzler, & Avon tires, if that isn't good enough, then we can get the tire of your choice. A scheduled service required by Harley Davidson includes: Most shops claim to do all this, we do!!!!
*changed engine oil every 5,000 miles,after 1,000 miles change
*change engine oil filter every 5,000 miles
*inspect brake fluid level and condition- if fluid level low fluid will be added - if system flush is needed extra charge
*inspect battery and battery cables
*inspect rear & front brake pads & calipers, replace pads if necessary at additional cost & clean calipers if needed
*inspect tires and tire pressure
*inspect wheel spokes
*inspect primary chain and make necessary adjustments
*replace primary fluid every 5,000 miles
*adjust clutch
*inspect all hoses and valves for fuel lines replace if necessary at additional cost
*check oil and brake lines for leaks replace if necessary at additional cost
*inspect engine mounts
*check all charging systems
*tighten all critical fasteners every 10,000 miles
*change transmission lube and inspect drain plug every 5,000 miles
*inspect rear belt/chain, sprockets, pulley
*inspect steering head bearings and lubricate if necessary
*replace fork oil every 20,000 miles
*inspect spark plugs every service, replace every 10,000
*clean and oil air cleaner filter, replace foam if necessary at additional cost
*lubricate all cables
*adjust idle and ignition timing if necessary
*inspect fuel supply valve filter every 32,500
*road test and top off fluid
1999 AND DOWN REQUIRE
*clean tappet screen every 5,000
*every 10,000 inspect and repack the wheel bearings at additional cost
*every 10,000 replace fork oil at additional cost
